Business Development Manager, Beverages Packaging, Karawang
The Manager has overall responsibility on all aspects of customer-related activities either within Indonesia or for export customers overseas. This primarily includes managing customer technical requirements and orders, customer relations, pricing, planning of finished goods inventory, handling customer complaints and managing customer label designs.
Responsibility also includes business development of certain strategic accounts and following activities:
Monthly, weekly and daily capacity planning
Market survey, trends and updates
Review and approval of new label designs
Handle customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys and monthly customer meetings
Handle sales orders & pricing
Coordinate qualification process
Plan and create all RF`s and budget plans for sales volume and finished goods import volume
Obtain customer confirmation on packaging statements
Preparation of weekly sales reports
Periodic customer site visits and reports
Coordinate with inter-cos for procurement or export of finished goods.
Approval of costing and margin analysis
Assist in achieving working capital targets
Actively participate and support improvement programs
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in cans packaging industry.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
